Blending modes now included
Happy New Year! This update adds layer blend modes, a new toolbar for convenient access and a list of bug fixes.
Dev log 27/12 - Blending modes are on the way
The next update is in progress and will contain layer blending modes such as darken, lighten, multiply, color burn, linear burn etc. plus a number of bug fixes including the rather annoying UI bugs, eraser bug and issues with the alt, shift and ctrl keys.
Dev log 14/12 - Just a quick note on versioning
Going forward, any updates after 1.0.10, product versioning will follow the `semver https://semver.org/ standard.
Dev log 21/11 - Text tool incoming
The upcoming update for Lightcube includes the following:
- A text tool that enables you to place a text cursor on the current layer and type text that is formatted according to the tool settings which include font face, size, bold italic, spacing etc. The onscreen caret provides standard text editing functions similar to Photoshop, MS Paint and other image editing tools.
- Several bug fixes to exporting, selection and more.
- Additional brush shapes of different sizes.
Most of the work on this update is done and I'm hoping to release before December rolls around.
