Zoom

(Shortcut key is Z)

The Zoom tool can be used to adjust the current zoom level. Simply drag the slider to adjust the zoom level, alternatively by default scrolling the mouse wheel will zoom in and out however the behavior of the mouse wheel can be changed in the application preferences.
