Paint Bucket

(Shortcut key is G)

The paint bucket tool will fill in an area starting at the point where you click the left mouse button. The fill will continue until either a pixel is encountered and the tolerance is zero, or until a pixel is encountered with a color difference higher than the tolerance percentage.
